There are many online and offline examples of friendly feuds between large organisations – Audi and BMW are pretty famous for having a go at each other, as this incredibly funny set of adverts shows;

I wonder if BMW specifically asked for the advert to be placed directly next to the Audi one? haha..

Other companies at war include McDonalds and Starbucks who have recently fought over coffee! McDonalds have joined the Starbucks bashing by launching a site called UnSnobbyCoffee.com as they claim Starbucks sell “snobby iced espressos”. They used the site as  a bid to successfully launch their new coffees to the people currently hooked on their morning ‘bucks – did it work? – well it was certainly a brilliant way of getting peoples attention.
